If sanitary diapers and bandages are made of nylon, what happens?

Nylon, being a synthetic fibre, will not be able to absorb the liquified excretions, or a wound's fluid-like release (eg- it won't be able to absorb urine, or pus). Moreover, synthetic fibres are harmful to human skin, especially wounds.

your answer is here - nylon cannot absorb urine and they didnot provide comfortable and bandages - nylon have not tiny pores so they damage our skin
