If sec A = 5/4 than verify

 3 \sin(a)  - 4 \sin {}^{2} (a)  \div 4 \cos {}^{2} (a)  - 3 \cos(a)  = 3 \tan(a)  -  \tan {}^{2} (a)  \div 1 - 3 \tan {}^{2} (a)
Please provide correct solution for it.​
