\displaystyle \bf  cos \:  \theta =  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2}  \:  \: and \:  \: sin  \: \theta =  \frac{ 1 }{2}

Given :

\displaystyle \sf  sec \:  \theta =  \frac{ 2 }{ \sqrt{3} }

To find :

The value of cosθ and sinθ

Solution :

Step 1 of 2 :

Find the value of θ

\displaystyle \sf  sec \:  \theta =  \frac{ 2 }{ \sqrt{3} }

\displaystyle \sf{ \implies }sec \:  \theta = sec \:  {30}^{ \circ}

\displaystyle \sf{ \implies } \theta =  {30}^{ \circ}

The value of θ = 30°

Step 2 of 2 :

Find the value of cosθ and sinθ

\displaystyle \sf  cos \:  \theta = cos \:  {30}^{ \circ}   = \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{2}

\displaystyle \sf  sin  \: \theta  = sin \:  {30}^{ \circ}=  \frac{ 1 }{2}
