If sec theta = x+1/4x ,prove that :
sec theta +tan theta=2x or 1/2x.

put the value of sec^2 you'll get the value of tan i.e. plus minus of (x - 1/4x) then add the value of sec( given in ques.) and tan ( u calculated) and don't forget to take both the values...
