Explanation:

secant =1/cosine

so secant (x)=0.7

     [1/cosine](x)=0.7

      (cosine)∧-1 (x)=0.7   ⇒inverse of cosine of x=0.7

     Now  if the inverse of cosine goes to the side of RHS then it is simply becomes cosine.

       ie.⇒x=cosine(0.7)

we can find this value using scientific calculator directly or by using log table.

     so, x=cosine(0.7)=0.999925  ⇒we can tell this in the form of degrees also.
