Volume of cube = s^3

                           = x ^3

Now each side of cube is doubled

New side = 2x

So, Volume of cube = s^3

                          = ( 2x )^3

                          = 8 x^3

So, percentage increase in volume = change in volume/original volume*100

So, percentage increase in volume = ( 8x^3 - x^3 ) / x^3 * 100

                                                         = 7 x^3 / x^3 * 100

                                                         = 7 * 100

Hence the percentage increase in its volume  is 700%
