HERE'S YOUR ANSWER...✌️✌️

Semi perimeter
= 8+15+17/2
= 40/2
= 20cm

AREA
= √s(s-s1)(s-s2)(s-s3)
= √ 20 × 12 × 5× 3
= √ 4 × 5 ×4×3×5×3
= 4×5×3
=60 cm ^2 (answer)

Sides -

a = 8 cm

b = 15 cm

c = 17 cm

Area of Triangle .

The herons formula to find Area of Triangle is :

area(a) =  \sqrt{p(p - a)(p - b)(p - c)}

Where P is half perimeter.

p =  \frac{a + b + c}{2}

First find out the value of P.

p =  \frac{8+15+17}{2}  \\ p =  \frac{40}{2}

p = 20

Now Area is ,

a =  \sqrt{20(20 - 8)(20 - 15)(20 - 17)}  \\ a =  \sqrt{20 \times 12 \times 5 \times 3}

a =  \sqrt{3600}

\boxed{a = 60}
