If sin theta = 1 then find the value of cos theta and tan theta

sin theta = 1

we know that

 { \sin(a) }^{2}  +  { \cos(a) }^{2}  = 1

 {1}^{2}  +  { \cos(a) }^{2}  = 1

1 +  { \cos(a) }^{2}  = 1

 { \cos(a) }^{2}  = 1 - 1

 { \cos(a) }^{2}  = 0

 \cos(a)  =  \sqrt{0}

 \cos(a)  = 0

 \tan(a)  =  \sin(a)  \div  \cos(a)

 \tan(a)  = 1 \div 0

 \tan(a)  =  \infty
