since sin theta =12/13

p/h=12/13

now we need to find the base

so while applying Pythagoras theoram

we get the base as 5

we know that tan theta = perpendicular/base so we get the answer as 12/5

so the value of tan theta is 12/5

HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER:-

By pythagoras theorem,

Hypotenuse side² = Opposite side²+adjacent side².

13² = 12²+adj.side²

adj.side² = 13²-12²

adj.side² = 169-144

adj.side² = 25

adj.side = 5

Tan theta = opp.side/adj.side

Tan theta = 12/5
