sin²A + cos²A = 1

cos²A = 1 - 16/25 = (25-16)/25

cos²A = 9/25

cosA = 3/5

tanA = sinA/cosA

tanA = (4/5)/(3/5)

tanA = 4/3

Therefore,

cosA+sinA*tanA = 3/5 + 4/5*4/3

                            = 3/5 + 16/15 = (9+16)/15

                            = 25/15 = 5/3
