If sole of ur shoes are without groves, what will happen?

if the sole of our shoes are without grooves then we are not able to walk comfortably as we can say we will slip because there is friction is very less between the surface and the shoes and due to low friction we face problem in walking.

Grooves let the sole flex from more points, maintaining more grip against the ground overall.Also, grooves allow small items such as sand or mud or water some place to go sooner, allowing the surface to regain contact with the ground sooner as it slides.
