Discrimination on the basis of caste has been a very common issue in India, although 1 person is 1 vote is not true until 1 person 1 value...

There are many ways in which we can make them feel they are wrong:

1) We can make them feel and understand how people feel when they are discriminated.

2) If discrimination in against the whole caste, then a protest can be held.

3) And the most important thing is that we should be educated and we should also educate our hiers to avoid this kind of discrimination.
