You would appeal to the higher court. If the court that has rendered the verdict that you don’t like is the highest court of the land, you are out of luck. You just have to live with it. Now, what is done is done but if you want to prevent future court rulings that you believe are unfair, you could lobby the lawmakers or start a campaign to put new laws on the book. That would be a near impossible endeavor by individual citizens and even if you succeed, chances that the new law would take effect retroactively to free you from the past ruling would be near zero.
