If someone is not satisfied with the decision of a Session’s court, what can he/ she do? If she/ he is dissatisfied with the decision of High Court, what can be done?

if someone is not satisfied with the decision of sessions court he/she can approach to high court. further again if he/she is not satisfied with the decision of high court he/she can approach to Supreme court of india. but remember that the decision made by Supreme will be full & final. since no court in india have authorities higher than Supreme court

If someone is not satisfied with the decision of a Session’s court, he/she can make an appeal for the case to be heard in High Court.

If she/he is dissatisfied with the decision of High Court, she/he can further appeal to the Supreme Court of India to hear her/his case. The verdict by the Supreme Court is final.
