If space have vacuum then why the space is not absorbing the atmosphere of the earth?

It is because of gravitational force of earth. Earth attracts every thing towards it and there is no gravity in space to attract anything

Earth's atmosphere is bound to earth by its gravitational pull. The gravitational force is very strong compared to whatever force the vacuum creates.
