if sum of the zeros of a quadratic polynomial kx square -4x+k is 3 then write the value of k ​

sum of the roots is given by :

 \alpha  +  \beta  =   -  \times \frac{b}{a}

by comparing with the general quadratic equation:

a = k

b = -4

c= k

3 = 4/k

k = 4/3.
