Hey

Here is your answer,

y^2 + 2y + 3k =0

Sum of zeroes = -b/a
=-2/1
=-2

Product of zeroes = c/a
=3k/1
=3k

Given that,
Sum of zeroes = Product of zeroes
-2 = -3/k
k=-2/-3
k=2/3

Hope it helps you!
