2πr(r+h) = 462

1/3 * 462 = 154 = 2πrh

TSA = 2πr^2 + 2πrh = 462
= 2πr^2 + 154 = 462
= 2πr^2 = 308
= πr^2 = 154
= r^2 = √49 = 7 = r

So, 2πrh = 154
2 * 22/7 * 7 * h = 154
h = 3.5

Thus, Volume = 1/3 πr^2h
= 1/3 * 22/7 * 7 * 7 * 3.5
= 179.67.
