T₁ = 1
Tn+1 =  Tn  - n
from above

T₂ = T₁ - 1 = 0
T₃ = T₂ - 2 = -2
T₄ = T₃ - 3 = -5
T₅ = T₄ - 4 = -9

these are 4 terms
hope this helps
