Hii There!!

Since, tan theeta= cot (90°- theeta)

=) tan 2A = cot (90°-theeta)

=) cot (90°-2A) = cot (A-18°)

cot is cancelled out on both sides [LHS and RHS]

=) 90°- 2A = A-18°

=) -2A-A = -18°-90°

=) -3A =-108° ( negative sign is cancelled)

=) A= 108/3

=) A= 36°

Hope it helps ^_^

=tan 2A = cot (A-18')

=cot(90'-2A) = cot (A-18') •••tan(90-Q)= cot
=90'-2A = A-18'
=90'+18' = 2A+A
=108' = 3A
A= 108'/3
A=36'
