If tan(A+B)=√3 and tan (A-B)=1/√3 then find the value of A and B?

Answer:

Tan(a+b) =root 3

tan(a-b) =1/root 3

We know that tan 60°=root 3 (1)

and tan30°=1/root 3. (2)

Adding 1 and 2 equation

a+b+a-b=60+30

2a=90°

a=45°

putting value of a=45°

a+b=60°

45°+b=60°

b=60°-45°

b=15°
