if tan x=12/5 then find the value of 1+sinx /1-sinx

Given,

tanx = 12/3

so P=12, B=5, H=13(by pythagoras triplet).

Then sin x =12/13

so

1+12/13//1-12/13

25/13//1/13

13 is now cancel

then answer is 25...

tanx=12/5 =opposite side(x)/adjcent side(y)

hypothesis =

 \sqrt{x {}^{2}  + y {}^{2} }

=

 \sqrt{12 {}^{2}  + 5 {}^{2} }

=13

sinx=opo,side/hypothesis=12/13

1+sinx/1-sinx=1+12/13 /1-12/13 =25/1

answer=25
