Given :-

Tan A = 3 / 4

To find :-

Sin A = ?

Solution† :-

We know that ,

Tan A = Perpendicular / Base

Therefore , Perpendicular = 3 , Base = 4

Now , finding Sin A ,

Sin A = Perpendicular / Hypotenuse.

Finding Hypotenuse by Pythagoras theoram :-

Hypotenuse² = Perpendicular² + Base²

Hypotenuse² = 3² + 4²

Hypotenuse² = 9 + 16

Hypotenuse² = 25

√Hypotenuse² = √25

Hypotenuse = 5

➝ Sin A = P / H

❛️️️️❛ ➝ Sin A = 3 / 5 ❜❜
