find
x {}^{2}  +  \frac{1}{x {}^{2} }

x^2 - 4x +1 = 0

x^2 +1)^2 = 16 x^2

x^4 +1 + 2x^2 = 16 x^2

x^4 +1 = 14x^2

So

x^2 + 1/x^2

x^4 +1)/x^2

14 x^2/x^2
