If the 3rd and 6th term of A.P are 7 and13 . Find 1st ,difference and A.P

Answer:

a3 = a + 2d = 7

a6 = a + 5d = 13

a6 - a3 = 5d - 2d = 13 - 7

3d = 6

d = 2

Substituting in a3,

a + 2×2 = 7

a = 7 - 4 = 3

a2 = a + d = 3 + 2 = 5

AP = a1, a2, a3..... = 3, 5, 7......
