For a monataomic ideal gas :

Cvm = ( 3/2 ) ( R ) = ( 3/2 ) ( 8.313 J/mol - K ) = 12.47 J/mol - K

Q = ( 2 mol ) ( 12.47 J/mol - K ) ( 10 C )

Q = 249 J <-------------------
