If the annual rent for the house is 58500, That means it's the rent for 12 months...
To calculate rent for 16 months we have to calculate rent for 1 month first.
Rent for the 1 month = 58500÷12 = 4875
Since the rent for one month is 4875.
Now rent for 16 months will be 4875×16 =78000
