ACCORDING TO QUESTION...—

$\frac{1}{2} \times 16 \times d1 = 96$

$\frac{1}{2} \times d1 = 6$

$d1 = 12$

now Perimeter= 4*[√{(D¹/2)²+(D²/2)²}]

(by solving it you will get)—

=4*10

=40cm.
