The area of an equilateral triangle is  \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} a^{2} where a is the side length

Here \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4} a^{2} = 16 \sqrt{3}
Which means a = 8
Perimeter of equilateral triangle is 3a = 3 \times 8 = 24
