as we know that

Area of a square with side a is a

2

⟹a

Answer:

To find : since it is a square we know all sides of square are equal. hence it does not have length and breadth .Therefore we have to find side of square.

given : area of square = 4225 cm

                                     = 42.25m

let ' a ' be the side of square then area of square is given by -

a^{2}  = 42.25m

taking square root on both sides we get ,

a = 6.5 m

a = 650 cm

hence side of given square is 650 cm.
