area=1÷2×base×height
216=1÷2×24×h
216÷12=h
h=18
perimeter=sum of all sides
b=24
h=18
a=30
perim=72m

area of right angled triangle = 216 m²

base = 24

We know the formula of calculating area of right angled triangle is 0.5 × base × height

→ 216 = 0.5 × 24 × height

→ height = 216/(12)
→ height = 18 m

so we have other side now.

hypotenuse = √(24²+18²) = √900 = 30 m

Perimeter = 18+24+30 = 72m
