If the area of trapezium with parallel sides of lengths 30 cm and 23 cm respectively is 265sqcm, what is its height?​

Answer:

The area of trapezium = 1

                                        2  * sum of parallel sides * height

                                1

            265    =       2  * 30+23 * h

            265 =  1

                        2 * 53*h  ⇒  h = 265 * 2

                                                       53

                                                 = 530

                                                     53

                                               Height = 10
