area \: of \: circle \:  = \pi {r}^{2}  \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7 = 154 {cm}^{2}

Since, area of triangle =area of circle

area \: of \: tringle =  \frac{1}{2}  \times b \times h \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: 154 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 22 \times h \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \frac{154 \times 2}{22}  = h \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: h = 14
