For this we have to suppose that the average of 10, 12, n and n is 25.

=> (10 + 12 + n + n)/4 = 25

=> 22 + 2n = 25 × 4

=> 22 + 2n = 100

=> 2n = 78

=> n = 78/2

=> n = 39

This implies that if average of 10, 12 n and n is greater than 25 then the least possible integral value of n is 40.
