if the base of a triangle is doubled and its height is half then the area of resulting triangle ?

height=h/2
then area of triangle is =1/2x b x h
=1/2×2b×h/2
=bh/2
=1/2 x bx h

HEY MATE HERE IS UR ANSWER

AREA OF TRIANGLE =
 \frac{1}{2} (base \:  \times height)

NOW BASE IS DOUBLED AND HEIGHT IS HALVED

THEREFORE

=
 \frac{1}{2}(2b \times  \frac{h}{2} ) =  \frac{1}{2} (b \times h)
HENCE BY DOUBLING THE BASE AND HALVING THE HEIGHT

GIVES US THE SAME AREA
