Mid point formula is (x1+x2)/2 , (y1+y2)/2
Center is the midpoint of diameter
So,    (x+3)/2 , (y+2)/2 = (4/3 , -2)
       then (x+3)/2 = 4/3          and    (y+2)/2 = -2
               3(x+3) = 8                          y+2 = -4
               3x+9 = 8                              y=-6
                  3x=-1
                   x= -1/3
therefore the other end is (-1/3,-6)
