as r = 3.5cm

perimeter of quadrant = 90*2πr/360 + r + r
perimeter of quadrant = πr/2 + 2r
perimeter of quadrant = r (π/2 +2)
perimeter of quadrant = 3.5(22/7*2 +2)
perimeter of quadrant = 3.5 (22/14 +2)
perimeter of quadrant = 3.5 ( (22+28)/14)
perimeter of quadrant = 3.5 (50/14)
perimeter of quadrant = 3.5 * 25/7
perimeter of quadrant =  25/2
perimeter of quadrant = 12.5 cm

thus perimeter of quadrant is 12.5cm
