the person must be wrapped in a thick blanket

the first action should be to roll the person in the blanket. he should not run as it will feed the fire more oxygen and make things worse. a fire estinguisher should be used and an ambulance called. if the fire is not electric or oil. water is safe to use. burns should be run over with cold water.
