If the concentration of DDT is 0.2ppm in water of lake, what would be its likely concentration in fish in the food chain ?

If the conc. Of DDT is 0.02 in water, it will affect by its concentration to the organisms which are at highest level or toppest position in the food chain.But here fish will be affected as follows-

Planktons(0.02)----> Fish(0.1)-----> Kingfishers(0.5).
Henceforth it will affect the fish by 0.1 ppm conc. of DDT.
