If the concentration of DDT were 0.2 ppm in water of a lake,what would be it's likely concentration in fish in the following food chain ? Please explain the mathematical formulae to calculate the figure

Water -----> Plankton ----> Fish
( 0.2ppm) (5.0ppm) (240ppm)

Concentration in Fish would be approximately 240ppm.
