Cartesian equation of line joining point P and O is
x+1/(0+1) = y-2/(0-2) = z-2/(0-2)
=> (x+1)/1 = (y-2)/(-2) = (z-2)/(-2)
The numbers in the denominator are the direction ratios.
Similarly, you can find the equation of the line joining O and Q in the cartesian form which give you the direction ratios of the line
Angle between two lines is given by
θ = cos⁻¹[a₁a₂+b₁b₂+c₁c₂/{√(a₁²+b₁²+c₁²)×√(a₂²+b₂²+c₂²)}]
where a₁,b₁,c₁ and a₂,b₂,c₂ are the direction ratios of the two lines
Using this method you can find the angle ∠POQ
