mass = 1000kg
height = 15cm = 15/100m = 0.15m
time = 30seconds
To find,
Work done = P.E.= m*g*h
here m= mass, g= acceleration due to gravity(9.8m/s2 at the surface of the earth) and h= height in meters.
work done = 1000*9.8*0.15
=1470JOULES
Power = work done/time
= 1470/30
= 49 WATTS
