if the daily wages of a labourer are increased from 80 to 90 , find the increase percent.

So simple,

80+ x% =90

X%=90-10

X%=10%

The formula for finding percentage is =(required observations/total observations)x100
But here they have asked increase percent.
So we have to find difference between the two values=90-80=10
Now the required observation is 10.
%=(10/80)×100=12.5%
Therefore increase percent is 12.5%.
