first account the difference between the original surface area and the increased surface area and then use a formula increase I decrease equals to increase or decrease divided by original value x 100
Silchar diameter is decreased by 25% there for you will write diameter that is d equals to 25% of d minus d
and then you will get the radius that is R1 3 by 4 r
and then take out the surface area of the original and increased

adityajarwal2004: Can I get solution

sangita2373: yaa i am helping u i am not doing to for points
sangita2373: i know how to do this
sangita2373: d is equals to di - 25% of d which is equals to d - 25 / 100 x d which is equals to 3 by 4 d therefore D1 equals to 3 / 4 d and we know that b is equal to twice of our so we will put our in place of that is 2 r =3/4 r therefore r1 = 3/4 r. Suface area(SA) of original is 4pier sq. and the SA of incresed is 4pie r sq. put the value of r that is 3/4r sq. then the area will be 9pier sq. /4 . the area decresed is equal to SA1 MINUS SA and then the answer will be 7pie r sq./4 .Then put the formula
sangita2373: is it ok
