now as the points A and B both are at same distance from the point P so

AP=BP

now.......

 \sqrt{(x - 6) {}^{2} + (y - 2) {}^{2}  }  =  \sqrt{(x  + 2) {}^{2}   + (y - 6) {}^{2} }  \\  =  > x {}^{2}  - 12x + 36 + y {}^{2}  - 4y + 4 = x {}^{2}  + 4x + 4 + y {}^{2}  - 12y + 36 \\  =  >  - 12x - 4y = 4x - 12y \\  =  > 8y = 16x \\  =  > y = 2x
