if the earth is moving around a sun the things in earth are in motion are not

No object is in absolute motion or absolute rest
Objects will be at rest with respect to Earth
but will be in motion with respect Sun and other planets

I think no.. because gravitational force attracts every so anything​ which is inside the will be attracted towards the Earth and as there is a reaction to an action both forces will be get cancelled and the things which are in the Earth will remain same means they will not be in motion and If we see this for the gravitational forces which are attracting the Sun and the Earth they will also be get cancelled.
