Since, Electric Field in the inner sphere is 0 .

Therefore, Change in potential from surface to centre is 0 .

=> V(surface) - V(centre) = 0

=> 10 V - V(centre)= 0

=> V(centre) = 10 V.

Hence, Potential at centre is 10 V.

^_^Interesting Part :

Potential at centre is independent of Potential of outer sphere. >_<

Answer:

Explanation:

Suppose the radius of inner shell=r

Radius of outer shell=R

Charge on the inner shell=q

Charge on the outer shell=q'

For the inner shell,

V=kq/r +kq'/R

For any point x<r,

V=kq/r +kq'/R (Same as for inner shell)

Thus,

Potential at centre of shell=Potential of inner shell=10V
