#####Soln:- d=b²-4ac(discriminant)
from the equation,
a=4,b=-3 n c=-p
=> (-3)-4(4)(-p) [b²-4ac=0]
9-(-16p)=0
9+16p=0
9=16p
therefore, p=9/16#######
