as gametes are haploid so they contain half the dna content ,

hence a diplod cell wil have 20pg of dna.

as in  zygotene, diplotene and anaphase 1  the cell has not undergone cytokinesis yet, so it is still a single cell with the same dna content as that of a diploid cell so  asnwer is 20 pg in all three

Answer:

1)40 pg 2) 40 pg 3) 40pg

Explanation:

Initially 10pg of DNA was there after s phase it will get doubled and initially it was haploid so since the cell is diploid that's why DNA content will become 20pg and after S phase 40pg and then till ending of anaphase 1 it will remain the same so answer is 40 pg
