\huge\mathfrak{Solution :}

{a_1} = 20

{a_2} = 19 \frac{1}{4}

{a_2} = (4 × 19 + 1) / 4

{a_2} = 77 / 4

Now,

Common difference , d = {a_1} - {a_2}

d \: = \: \frac{77}{4} - 20 \\ \\ \\ d \: = \: \frac{77 - 80}{4} \\ \\ \\ d \: = \: \frac{ - 3}{4}

\huge\mathbb{Hope \ this \ helps.}

Hii ☺!!

First term ( a ) = 20

And,

Second term = 19 1/4 = 77/4.

Therefore,

common difference ( d ) = 77/4 - 20 = 77 - 80/4 = -3/4
